Tom Elmlinger
Tennessee Attorney for Tennesseans

Attorney Tom Elmlinger has been helping Tennesseans with their legal needs for thirty years. He handles business and commercial litigation and transactions for small business owners and assists individuals with their Estate Planning and Probate needs.

Tom Elmlinger is a graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Law where he was on the Dean’s List and the Law Review. He has spent more than a quarter century meeting the legal needs of individuals and small businesses in Middle Tennessee.

With offices in the Westgate Center in Brentwood, Tom maintains a general civil practice. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Williamson County Bar Association. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and volunteering with the Boy Scouts, at his church and for various charities benefiting the homeless.
